Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Some restrictions apply (see below).
How to Return
- Initiate Return: Visit our Returns Portal
- Pack Items: Include original packaging and completed return form
- Ship Back: Use the provided return label (customer pays return shipping to US)
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 7-10 business days after we receive return
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Duties/taxes non-refundable
Hong Kong-Specific Notes
- Returns must be shipped to our US facility
- Customers responsible for all return shipping costs
- Recommend using tracked/insured shipping
- Return processing may take +3 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked as such)
- Intimate apparel/swimwear
- Customized/personalized items
- Damaged items (unless faulty)
Damaged/Defective Items
For faulty products:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of defect
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund
Exchanges
We process exchanges as:
- Return original item for refund
- Place new order for desired item
